Lightwater Valley theme park in North Yorkshire will open a new spinning swing tower ride and a soft play area in 2016.

Apollo is a 25m tall Star Flyer spinning swing tower ride from Funtime, designed to appeal to both young and old, the adventurous and not so adventurous. To ride, guests are seated in a double seat next to their friend or partner. 

There is plenty to see and do at Flamingo Land this February Half Term, as a selection of rides are open as well as the UK’s most visited zoo.

Winter at Flamingo Land is a great opportunity to catch up with the progress of the new arrivals at the zoo, especially Samira and baby Olmoti, the amazing black rhinos.

Enjoy plenty of family fun at Lightwater Valley this half term with a selection of rides and attractions opening Wednesday 17th - Sunday 21st February 2016.

There will be heaps to do both indoors and outdoors with a selection of rides and giant indoor inflatables for you to run wild and let loose on. 

Paultons Park is set to open its gates for the 2016 season on 14th February to coincide with the half term and will premiere their new dinosaur movie The Lost World 4D.

Guests visiting the family theme park in Hampshire will be treated to a prehistoric adventure at its state-of-the-art 4D cinema which will be screening its new animated dinosaur movie The Lost World 4D.

Plans for a new theme park near Llanelli in Wales are to be submitted, with 26 rides including as many as 7 roller coasters.

The theme park on a 20 acre site just off the A484 in Carmarthenshire would join Oakwood Theme Park located in neighbouring Pembrokeshire.
