Dizzy Disk is a Zamperla Disk'O family ride where riders face outwards as they swing back and forth whilst rotating.
Following a £400,000 refurbishment, the popular tower drop ride Bounce will re-open, after it closed in 2016.
These additions are part of an £8.5m investment by Aspro, which acquired the park in 2008.
Neverland has been the largest expansion of the park, the £4.5m development of a Peter Pan themed children’s area in 2013.
£1.5m was also invested in Spooky Street, a new family area that features The Creepy Crawler roller coaster, Witches' Brew tea cup ride and The Cauldrons trampolines.
Phil Verbinnen, park director at Oakwood Theme Park:
“We are excited to welcome our new ride ‘Dizzy Disk’ and reinstate Bounce to Oakwood, adding to our repertoire of fun, family friendly attractions at the park.
We have invested significantly into the park in recent years, creating exciting new thrills for the family market, along with new catering and retail facilities which will add to the visitor experience.
This new destination marks the start of our ambitious plans for further investment in the coming years, designed in response to visitor feedback.”
Dizzy Disk and Bounce will open at Oakwood Theme Park in 2019.
